Fence off the left side add a gate and driveway at the front and also a gate and driveway inside the house area and have the left side as like a shop or fun area where hyou can do like gokarting and riding etc
You could get ATVs and put them in a shop somewhere and ride the in the back and like put ramps back there
Isn't the whole point of farming simulator to farm
